What this site collects
This website has no contact form, no account system and no online booking. Nothing you type into the page is sent to us, including anything entered into the tire size tool, which runs entirely in your browser.
Like most websites, our host records standard server information such as the pages requested, the approximate region of the request and the type of browser used. This is used to keep the site working and to understand which pages are useful.
Sharing your location
The site has a button that reads your device's location and turns it into a map link. That happens entirely inside your browser. The coordinates are written into a WhatsApp or text message draft and go nowhere until you press send in your own messaging app.
We never receive your location from this website, we do not store it, and nothing here logs that you pressed the button beyond the same anonymous event count we record for the call and message buttons. Your browser will ask permission the first time, and declining costs you nothing: telling us the cross street on the phone works just as well.
Analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics and a Google Ads conversion tag to measure how people find the site and whether they go on to call us. These set cookies in your browser and send Google information about your visit, including a truncated version of your IP address.
We also use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, which measure page performance without cookies and without identifying individual visitors.
You can block these with any standard content blocker or by declining cookies in your browser settings. The site works normally without them.
When you call, text or message us
Calls, text messages and WhatsApp messages go to our phone directly. We keep what you send us, which is normally your name, number, location and a description of the problem, for as long as we need it to do the work and keep our records.
WhatsApp messages are carried by WhatsApp, whose own terms and privacy policy apply to that transport. Text messages are carried by your mobile network.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not add you to a marketing list because you called us. We do not share what you tell us with anyone except where the law requires it.

If you would like us to delete the record of your contact with us, call or text the number on this site and ask. Texas residents can also ask what information we hold about them.
