An emergency tire change means a technician drives to your vehicle in Austin and replaces the damaged tire on the spot. We fit your spare if you have one, or we bring a replacement tire in the right size. We work at the roadside, in driveways, in parking garages and in apartment lots.

Your car sits on level three of a downtown garage with a tire flat to the rim. We bring the tools to the space, so the car never has to roll on a dead tire.

You walk out to the apartment lot and the front tire is down. We swap it where it is parked so you can still make the drive up MoPac.

Tell us the cross street, the vehicle, and the tire size printed on the sidewall. We confirm the full price on that call.

We dispatch in 5 minutes
A van leaves within 5 minutes of your call and heads straight to your location. The technician calls you if the spot is hard to reach. That is guaranteed in Austin and the nearest suburbs; further out we give you the real departure time when you call.

We change the tire
We lift the car on a floor jack and stands, pull the wheel with impact tools, and fit your spare or the replacement tire we brought.

Torque check and you drive
Every lug nut goes to the manufacturer torque figure. We set the cold pressure before you pull away.
What it costs
We quote the full price by phone before we leave, and the quote includes the trip out to you. Nights and weekends cost the same as a weekday afternoon.

Questions about this service
Do you come out at night for a flat tire?
Yes. We run 24 hours a day, seven days a week, holidays included, and there is no extra charge for a night or weekend call. Tell us the cross street when you call and, anywhere in Austin, a van is dispatched within 5 minutes.
What if I don't have a spare tire?
We bring a tire. Read us the size printed on the sidewall, something like 225/65R17, and we source a new or used tire in that size and install it at your car. If we cannot match the size, we say so on the phone before we leave.
Can you change a tire in a parking garage?
Yes. We work in downtown garages, apartment lots, office parking and driveways every day. Give us the level and the space number when you call, and tell us if there is a height limit at the entrance, so the technician can plan the approach.
Is it safe to drive on a donut spare?
Treat it as a short term fix. Most compact spares are rated for reduced speed and limited distance, and the sidewall states those limits. Drive straight to where the full size tire can be replaced and stay off long highway runs like the SH-130 toll road.
Do you tow cars?
No. We do tires only, so no towing, no jump starts and no alignments. If the wheel or the suspension is damaged past what a tire change fixes, we tell you what we see so you can call a tow truck from there.
Can you change more than one tire in the same visit?
Yes. If two or three tires are down, say so on the phone and we bring what we need for all of them in one trip. Multi tire jobs take longer on site, and we confirm the full price before the van leaves.
