What we do

ENAS Mobile Tire Service performs tire work at the location of your vehicle in the Austin, Texas metropolitan area. We do not operate a walk-in shop and we do not tow vehicles, perform alignments or carry out mechanical repairs.

Quotes

The price we give you by phone is based on what you describe: the vehicle, the tire size, the number of wheels and the work needed. If the vehicle turns out to need different work than described, we tell you the revised price before starting and you are free to decline at that point.

A quote is not a commitment that a particular tire is in stock until we confirm it for your size.

Access and safety

We need somewhere safe and legal to work: firm, reasonably level ground with room to open one side of the vehicle. We may decline to work in a location we judge unsafe, including live traffic lanes and narrow highway shoulders, and will tell you what we need instead.

If you are stranded in a dangerous position, call 911 first. Your safety comes before the tire.

The work

Wheels are refitted with a torque wrench set to the vehicle manufacturer's specification. Following any tire fitting, industry practice is to have the wheel torque rechecked after a short distance of driving, and we will tell you when that applies.

A tire repair is only performed where the damage is in the repairable area of the tread. We will not repair sidewall or shoulder damage, or a tire that has been run flat long enough to damage its internal structure, and we will explain why rather than fit a repair that could fail.

Payment

Payment is due at the vehicle once the work is complete. The technician confirms which payment methods are accepted when quoting the job.

This website

The tire size tool on this site is provided for reference and calculates values arithmetically from the code you enter. Always confirm the correct size for your vehicle against the placard in the driver's door jamb or the owner's manual.
