Why a van is open when a shop is not
A tire shop has opening hours because it is a building with bays, a counter and staff who go home. Those hours are a property of the premises, not of the work. The work itself takes one technician, a van of equipment and somewhere to park next to your car.
That is the whole argument. We are not open late because we are trying harder than a shop. We are open late because nothing about the job requires a building to be unlocked, and a flat tire does not check the time before it happens.

This is worth stating plainly because the opposite is common enough in emergency trades that people expect it and sometimes wait until morning to avoid it. At 3am the practical options are often a repair if the damage allows one, an inspected used tire in your size, or fitting your spare so you can drive and dealing with the tire properly in daylight. We will tell you which of those applies to your car on the phone rather than after arriving.
We do not tow, and we do not do alignments or mechanical work at any hour. If the problem turns out not to be the tire, we will say so.
